Rice Pudding

Try this classic, simple dessert, and let your Thermal Cookware do all the work!

2 cups of cooked rice.
1 x 400 gram tin of sweetened condensed milk 2 eggs, well beaten

Simmering time on the stove top: 5 minutes

Thermal cooking time: 1 hour minimum

1. Grease a Pyrex dish or other suitable container with Butter.
2. Mix all the ingredients together well.
3. Pour the mixed ingredients into the greased container.
4. Place the dish on a suitable trivet in the inner pot (if using the 3 litre pot it can sit on its base or on a folded Alfoil pad)
5. Slowly bring the mixture to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes with the lid on.
6. Turn off the heat and place the inner pot into the outer vacuum insulated container and close the lid for a minimum of 1 hour.
7. The meal can be served warm or cold.
