This is a medium authentic curry from the Goa area in India, a traditional local dish with a rich coconut based sauce fused with assorted spices from that region.
Very easy to prepare and delightful to taste providing an excellent curry taste without overpowering the main ingredients.
These Spice Mixes combine the finest ingredients to produce the most authentic Indian Curries we have ever tried.
They come in a box set of ten 80 gram packets and each packet contains enough pre mixed herbs and spices to complete a meal for 3-4 people, however you can reduce the quantities to suit your own tastes.
You do not need to add anything else as this mix contains both oil and salts.
